Summary
SignatureMD, the country’s leading personalized healthcare service company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative / Collections Clerk for its Boca Raton office. This growing organization is looking for a highly-organized and conscientious person to join its Customer Service Staff. The Customer Service Rep’s primary responsibility is to oversee members’ past due accounts.

Essential characteristics
- Have a pleasant and friendly demeanor on the phones.
- Be able to deal with difficult members.
- Exhibit speed and accuracy in typing.
- Possess strong problem-solving abilities.
- Possess customer service experience.
- Possess medical billing/collections experience, a plus but not required.
Duties and responsibilities
- Making and taking many phone calls and emails per day.
- Entering and running credit cards.
- Updating accounts with credit card numbers, addresses, phone numbers, etc.
- Typing notes on the member’s account documenting the conversation.
- Creating and sending letters.
- Problem solving difficult members/accounts.
- Updating Accounts receivable list.
