Summary

SignatureMD, the country’s leading personalized healthcare service company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative / Collections Clerk for its Boca Raton office. This growing organization is looking for a highly-organized and conscientious person to join its Customer Service Staff. The Customer Service Rep’s primary responsibility is to oversee members’ past due accounts.

  • Monday to Friday

Essential characteristics

  • Have a pleasant and friendly demeanor on the phones.
  • Be able to deal with difficult members.
  • Exhibit speed and accuracy in typing.
  • Possess strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Possess customer service experience.
  • Possess medical billing/collections experience, a plus but not required.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Making and taking many phone calls and emails per day.
  • Entering and running credit cards.
  • Updating accounts with credit card numbers, addresses, phone numbers, etc.
  • Typing notes on the member’s account documenting the conversation.
  • Creating and sending letters.
  • Problem solving difficult members/accounts.
  • Updating Accounts receivable list.
