As a physician myself, I appreciated Dr. Safayan's ability to communicate, his earnest desire to answer questions and his practice style. He is the epitome of a great physician.

The absolute best doctor in DC. Dr. Safayan has a great manner and does so much to keep your physical health in excellent condition. Both he and his staff are amazing, very professional, and make you feel at ease and welcomed in their practice. They are a team focused on the health and wellbeing of the whole you.

It is a very different experience from the past. The atmosphere is more relaxed, not rushed, and there is more personal interaction. To my mind, positive personal interaction is of utmost importance to the success of medical treatment. Humans are not mechanical instruments and medical treatment is not a mechanical process in most of the cases. Thank you, Dr. Safayan for improving both the effectiveness and the experience of the medical visits!

I have seen MD's all over the country. I have lived and worked in Miami , Boston, Hawaii, DC, Portland. There is NO DOC in my experience that has the deep dive information, the time and the knowledge base that Dr. Safayan has. Not only that...he is an educator to his patients. He always requires me to review the diagnosis with him. Where by I am looking at the test results along with him. Just an outstanding and CARE focused MD. He is the very best !

Besides his obvious concern for his patient's physical well-being, Dr. Safayan also demonstrates genuine interest in what is going on in his patient's lives and in their emotional and mental state of being. His relationship with his patients is truly holistic in nature.

I was seen promptly and I received helpful and up-to-date advice on staying healthy. Dr. Safayan took the time to review my test results with me in detail, using simple diagrams and easy to understand analogies. He outlined the options open to me and gave me a concise summary to take away and consider. His front office staff are helpful and efficient. The office space and examination rooms are clean and attractive, and well-organized.
