Dr. Andrew J. Ross is a board-certified internist with over 30 years of experience in primary care, practicing in Berkeley, California since 1995. A first-generation American and the child of Holocaust survivors, he was inspired to pursue medicine after losing his mother to breast cancer at age seven, shaping his commitment to prevention and early detection. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and earned his M.D. from Brown University. He completed his transitional internship at The Cambridge Hospital, affiliated with Harvard Medical School.
He completed his residency and served as Chief Resident at California Pacific Medical Center. Dr Ross began working in Berkeley, California in 1995 providing care for the community and is now one of the last independent practitioners in the city. Dr. Ross has maintained board certification for over 30 years and remains dedicated to personalized, relationship-driven care.
