Dr. Arlene L. Taylor is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with a distinguished career in both clinical practice and medical education. She earned her B.S. degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Miami. Dr. Taylor graduated from The Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002 and completed her residency in Family Medicine in 2005 at the Palm Beach Center for Graduate Medical Education, an affiliate of HCA, where she served as chief resident.
In her role as an Associate Clinical Professor at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Taylor passionately contributes to the education of medical students and residents. She is an active member of the medical staff at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. Dr. Taylor focuses on providing the highest quality of care to her patients while also encouraging her patients to participate directly in making the appropriate choices in their own healthcare. She has expertise in the management of diabetes, hypertension, High cholesterol and weight management.
With over 19 years of experience providing high-quality healthcare to the Palm Beach community, Dr. Taylor is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Physicians, the American Medical Association, the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association, the Palm Beach Medical Society, and the T. Leroy Jefferson Society.
Dr. Taylor’s accolades include the John Hancock Award from West Palm Hospital, the Patient’s Choice Award, and Woman of the Year honors from the National Association of Professional Women. Outside of her professional endeavors, Dr. Taylor enjoys traveling, reading, inspirational writing, and running. She is married and has one son.
