Dr. Esau obtained his medical degree at the University of Alberta, Canada and completed family medicine residency at the University of Calgary in 1995. He enjoys getting to know patients and incorporating each person’s unique personal preferences into their health care. Natural measures are always encouraged with a goal to minimize use of medications. Spiritual health is part of this equation. Hobbies include hockey, pickleball, woodworking, mechanical repair, and projects of all kinds.
