David L. Hicks, DO

Dr. David Hicks is an excellent doctor. His staff is also very kind and professional. I normally hate blood tests but his staff makes the process painless and stress free.

I have been going to dr hicks for over 10 years now and he is the best doctor Ive ever had... very caring and always listen to your concerns...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Dr. Hicks has been our doctor since we moved here in 1989. My parents went to him, my husband and I and our twins who were 2 yrs old. We still go to him. He is wonderful and so is his staff. I feel at home when I go there, probably because I seem to go there once, maybe twice a month.

Although I haven't been a patient for very long (a few months), I can honestly say that this doctor and his staff actually CARE about their patients. From the time you're greeted until the time you leave, you're treated with respect, dignity, and compassion. The doctor gladly sits down with you to listen and then takes the time to explain various treatment plans, as well as the pros/cons of the different options. His nursing(especially Nikki) and office staff are true professionals. I believe this is what a doctor truly should be and his practice should be a blueprint for everyone working in healthcare to follow. Ed does a great job of working hard to get prior authorizations done as quickly as possible and it's truly appreciated. EDIT: 3 years later and still LOVE this doctor's office. Dr. Hicks TRULY cares about his patients, which is rare these days.

No matter what Tampa Bay County I live in I still drive to see Dr. Hicks and his caring staff!
