at your first visit

You’ll meet one-on-one with Dr. Foster-Weiss to talk about what’s going on with your health and your health goals so you can work together to begin crafting a wellness program. Your program will address the things you can do to reach your goals and provide you with the information and guidance you need to achieve success.
