Dr. Louis Torres graduated from the University of Texas Medical School in 1986. He completed his internship and residency at the Methodist Dallas Medical Center. As a Board Certified physician and having achieved the esteemed Fellowship in the American College of Physicians, Dr. Torres focuses on a thorough approach and philosophy of treating the “whole” patient to help reduce the fragmentation of healthcare his patients would otherwise need.
He has received many awards including the Decade of Service Award by the Texas Society of Internal Medicine, the Community Based Teaching Award, the America’s Top Physicians Designation, the Patient Choice Award, Compassionate Physician Award, Top Doctors in America Award and Top Doctors in Integrative Medicine Award. He is considered a ‘cutting edge’ physician and holds certifications in Age Management, Hormonal Optimization and numerous other skills.
