Norterra Family Medicine

We have been patients of Norterra Family for over 10 years. I normally see Molly Ann but have seen all doctors. I am an avid Yelp and Trip Advisor reviews of restaurants and have never reviewed a doctor’s office but after seeing the many negative reviews I must say I don’t know what office they are reviewing because I have never had a bad experience with any staff here. They are very caring and will do everything possible to accommodate everyone and their needs. The doctors listen to you and don’t rush to see the next patient. Thanks Norterra Family.

At Norterra you are more than patient, more than just another widget in a long line of widgets. You are a valued person, and they will give you the care that you deserve.

MollyAnn Allen takes a lot of time with me addressing my needs and concerns. She is competent and I know my health is in good hands with her. The front desk and billing staff are cordial, helpful and responsive. I'd definitely recommend this office!

Everyone seems to actually care about your health and your needs. I have interacted with most of the doctors over the years. I have been going to Molly Ann for the last few years. She is brilliant. She listens(and I tend to babble), she asks pertinent questions and sees to it, through diagnosis or referral to a specialist, that I get an answer and the care that I need. The lab in the office has the best tech, her blood draws are completely painless. Thank you to everyone at the office.

PA Nicole Walker is fabulous. I’ve been seeing her for several years. She is knowledgeable, a good listener, explaining health and med info in easy to understand terms as well as medical terms. She is easy to connect with and builds confidence in the care process.

The atmosphere in this office is friendly, they are timely, and you get treated like a friend. Their Concierge model allows you to be a priority for the Doctors and the staff. If you use the patient portal to communicate, they respond lightning fast! The Doctors aren’t rushed, and they spend whatever time you need to get all your questions answered. I have never had another experience in the medical field that even comes close to this one!

I am not a fan of doctors. That said after the birth of my second child I became sick and needed the help of doctors. I was referred to Dr. Molly Ann Allen by a friend and she changed my life. I could not be more thankful for her dedication, persistence, support and advise. When other doctors told me it was all in my head Dr. Allen advocated and pushed for answers. It took over a year of weekly testing and seeking out specialist to finally get the answers and start me on my path to recovery. She watched as I went from a very active mom to being in a wheel chair unable to walk for prolonged periods and in crippling pain. Today I am walking and always on the move. Everyday I am amazed that a short time ago I was wheelchair bound and because of Dr. Allen I am now able to walk and run. I could not be more grateful to her for giving me my life back.

This was an excellent experience for me. Got some sort of eye infection and needed to see my doctor right away. They got me in the same day, my wait time was a couple of minutes, I saw my doctor and was out the door with a prescription for eye drops within 45 minutes. It's always like this at Norterra Family Medicine. I love my doctor too. She's always thorough and patiently listens to all the information I give her - doesn't jump to conclusions.
