With over ten years of experience, Dr. Gambino is known for his unwavering commitment to personalized, patient-centered care. He has a special interest in helping individuals manage complex and uncontrolled diabetes, working closely with each patient to create treatment plans that are both realistic and results driven.

A Brooklyn native, Dr. Gambino’s path to medicine was shaped by his early fascination with science and the inspiring example of his uncle, Dr. Frank Alario—a physician whose compassionate care left a lasting impression. That legacy lives on in

Dr.Gambino’s warm, modern approach to healthcare, which values trust, communication, and long-term wellness. Dr. Gambino earned his medical degree with honors from Ross University School of
Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. He also gained additional training in brain health through the International Brain Research Foundation, where he studied conditions such as autism, Alzheimer’s disease, and traumatic brain injury.

Since joining Comprehensive Family Health in 2015, Dr. Gambino has been instrumental in its expansion. The practice now spans three locations and continues to grow under his leadership, with a dedicated team of providers and staff committed to delivering high-quality, accessible care.

When he’s not in the office, Dr. Gambino enjoys quality time with his three sons—Frank,
Andrew, and Luke—as well as outdoor adventures like dirt bike riding and boating.
