Dr. Agah was inspired to become a Cardiologist when at an early age he personally saw a family member succumb to heart disease. He has had training for 18 years through UCLA, UT Austin, UT Southwestern Medical Center, Baylor College of Medicine, UCSF and the prestigious Cleveland Clinic Foundation where he mastered coronary and peripheral vascular stenting. He has been board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine and Interventional Cardiology. His clinical interests are in interventional techniques, general cardiology and preventive treatment for both heart and vascular disease. He has served as the Chief of Staff at El Camino Hospital (ECH) from 2014- 2016 and has served on the Care Review Committee at ECH for the past seven years.
