Scott Aaron Kotzin, DO, FACOI is a board-certified internist with more than 25 years of experience in primary care, geriatrics, and medical leadership. He currently serves as Medical Director at Majestic Care of Cedar Village in Mason, Ohio and Associate Medical Director for Bella Care Hospice, while practicing with Mercy Health Physicians in Cincinnati. Dr. Kotzin is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at A.T. Still University and has held multiple medical director roles across home care, hospice, and long-term care settings. A graduate of Kansas City University-College of Osteopathic Medicine (Summa Cum Laude), he is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists and a recipient of multiple clinical excellence and leadership awards. Married with three boys and a dog named Tulip.
Hobbies: going to the theater, throwing the baseball with the boys, watching Buckeye football and basketball games, collecting pens and watches.
Areas of interest: Diabetes prevention and treatment, geriatric health, cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment.
