Dr. Susan Vogel is board certified in Internal Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine and has been practicing in the Houston area for over 30 years. She is passionate about helping her patients achieve optimal health. Dr. Vogel earned her Doctorate in Medicine from the State University of New York Upstate Medical University and completed residency training in Internal Medicine at UTHealth. Dr. Vogel cares for patients throughout the entire continuum of their lives and illnesses, including hospice and inpatient hospital care. She maintains an adjunct faculty position at UTHealth in the Department of Internal Medicine. Dr. Vogel is excited to be a part of the SignatureMD team and looks forward to partnering with you through this innovative care model.
