Concierge Family Medicine
Dr. James Fierro is a Board-Certified Family Physician with over three decades of experience providing comprehensive primary care to patients and families throughout Delaware. A native of Wilmington, Dr. Fierro earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his internship and residency training in Family Medicine at Christiana Care Health Services.
In private practice since 1991, Dr. Fierro is committed to delivering patient-centered, preventive, and compassionate care. He holds active staff privileges at Christiana Hospital and St. Francis Hospital and has served in leadership roles within the Delaware State Osteopathic Medical Society, including as President from 1998 to 2000. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Fierro is an Associate Professor of Family Medicine at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he contributes to the education and mentorship of future physicians. Additionally, Dr. Fierro was voted as “Top Doctor” by his fellow physicians six times.
