Dr. Castellanos is the gold standard for an internist. He meets his patients with the intention to listen to every detail of your medical concern. He is extremely thorough in his exam and makes only the best referrals when necessary through BRRH where in addition test can be done . When hospitalized, he will see you before 7 am sharp and will carefully review your stay and go over any updates. Hospital personnel will always remark that he is the best . He had even made time to visit me as a courtesy even when not as a consult. Young doctors would surely gain from his wisdom as a seasoned practitioner.. I am privileged to have him as my doctor.
