My entire family have been patients cared for by Dr. MacIsaac for the past 10 years. As a nurse, I value a doctor who listens to me and my family, advocates for us, isn't test happy or drug happy, and above all remains clinically on top of his game. Dr. MacIsaac is all of those things. It is only him and his PA in the practice, who is also fantastic. You can always get an urgent same day appointment when needed and call backs from the office, prescription refills etc. are always timely. His whole office staff is the best. Dr. MacIsaac is a young doc who believes in a patient first approach to health care. I can't say enough good things about him and we nurses are not the easiest patients!

Dr LaRuffa and her assistant, Shelby helped me more than I can say. Even though, I bugged them for DAYS about an issue I was having......they continued to be incredibly kind and caring; taking my calls everyday and multiple times throughout the day. Dr LaRuffa questioned my MRI and referred me to a specialist who was able to help me immensely....

I've been seeing Dr. MacIssac for approximately 15 years. I used to work in Cranberry, so his office was very convenient for me. Since then, however, I have moved over an hour away but I still keep him as my Doctor because I've never been able to find someone that is as accommodating as he and his staff are. Even though I once went several years without seeing him, he always remembers the medical history (of course) but he also knows me on a personal basis. Besides the fact that he's just a great doctor, the speed and ease of making appointments (usually next day - sometimes even same day!) is something that you don't see in today's day and age. I have referred most of my family to him because he's just that good. HIGHLY recommended ! Little shout out to Jessica and Denise too, both are best in class at what they do and make the entire experience a good one !

She is an excellent Doctor! She is the only doctor I have found that actually truly cares about YOU as an individual person and follows through. The health care system in the US is broken and patient contact is avoided at all costs. Dr Capaldini listens and takes the time to care for your illness. I wish there were more doctors like her. Most have forgotten we a human beings with a life and a life story. We are not just a number or a patient. God bless her!
