It's nice to be able to call and talk to human rather then waiting on hold and pushing numbers until 5mins later you get a person. The office staff answer always get back to you quickly. He is very knowledgeable and is able to handle my autoimmune disorder well. He takes the time to listen to you during the appointment and helps to create a plan that works with your needs. I have yet to meet to another provider that has his level of bedside manner. If anything comes up I am able to email or call if I need a quick response. He is a wonderful PCP that keeps track of your health progress and monitors for future issues.
