I appreciate Dr. MacIsaac's listening approach. He questions me carefully and listens and responds to anything I mention that might be remotely related to my health needs, including lifestyle matters such as recreation, sleep, work and overall activities. When I ask about a symptom or a medicine he explains in detail what he thinks and why he thinks that way on a given matter. It's a joint venture, caring for my bodily health and he draws me into the process even as I push him to interpret and explain.

I have been a patient of Dr. MacIsaac since 2003!! In the years I have been going to see him, I have moved to Beaver and still drive the 45 minute drive with no traffic and close to an hour with traffic to go to the doctor. My husband has tried multiple times to get me to change my doctor and everytime I always tell him “I love my doctor, I’m not changing!!” LOL Just recently his office has made a change and he hired on a PA Lindsey. Since I didn’t have any major medical issues I decided I didn’t need to see Dr. MacIsaac, but I still wanted to stay with the practice. I agreed to see Lindsay, let me just you, she is wonderful and I love her just about as much as I do Dr. MacIsaac!!! This last year I have been in to see her a lot and I feel when I go in, it seems like I am her only patient, so kind and she takes her time with me just like Dr. MacIsaac always did. The whole staff is wonderful and very helpful, whether you are in the office or in the phone with a question or concern. I would highly recommend Dr. MacIsaac practice to anyone and I have multiple times. If you are looking to be treated with respect and concern and feel like you are part of their family, this is a great practice to be apart of.

The office is very kind and welcoming. Dr. Parisi will take all the time you need with him. He listens to what you have to say and will find out what is the problem. You can get a hold of him 24/7 and will be able to talk to him directly. You will never find another Dr so caring to all your needs.

I have been going to Dr. MacIsaac for over 10 years and I highly recommend him. It's nice to be able to call and talk to human rather then waiting on hold and pushing numbers until 5mins later you get a person. The office staff answer always get back to you quickly. He is very knowledgeable and is able to handle my autoimmune disorder well. He takes the time to listen to you during the appointment and helps to create a plan that works with your needs. I have yet to meet to another provider that has his level of bedside manner. If anything comes up I am able to email or call if I need a quick response. He is a wonderful PCP that keeps track of your health progress and monitors for future issues.
