The concierge program is wonderful. I think it limits the number of clients a doctor has, and can support taking care of, in a more personal way. I've been seeing Dr. MacIssac for approximately 15 years. I used to work in Cranberry, so his office was very convenient for me. Since then, however, I have moved over an hour away but I still keep him as my Doctor because I've never been able to find someone that is as accommodating as he and his staff are. Even though I once went several years without seeing him, he always remembers the medical history (of course) but he also knows me on a personal basis. Besides the fact that he's just a great doctor, the speed and ease of making appointments (usually next day - sometimes even same day!) is something that you don't see in today's day and age. I have referred most of my family to him because he's just that good. HIGHLY recommended ! Little shout out to Jessica and Denise too, both are best in class at what they do and make the entire experience a good one !
