  • Keep Hydrated: Once you are through airport security, buy a large bottle of water for your trip. Sip water regularly throughout the flight to keep your body hydrated. Avoid alcohol, as this can be dehydrating, and stick to water and non-carbonated beverages. Keeping hydrated helps all parts of the body to function correctly, including the immune system, and prevents nasty side effects such as headaches, digestive problems, fatigue, and dry and flaky skin.
  • Wash Hands Frequently: Try to wash your hands with warm water and soap before and after each meal.
