Dr Balsamo is very knowledgeable, and his attention to detail assures you that you will never miss another important appointment again. He will remind you over and over until you complete his requested tests. Both my husband I use Dr Balsamo, and we are both very pleased with care, knowledge and attention to details of results. Only drawback is that it is hard to find an appointment even a month out of you need a specific day. Cliff and Annika happy patients !

I recently started going to Dr. Balsamo and I couldn't be happier! From the first phone call all the way through the visit it was a great experience. His staff as well as nurses are friendly and I can only speak highly of DR. Balsamo himself. He made me feel like a person instead of just another client. I would highly recommend him for anyone.

I just left his office. At the door, from start to finish it’s a great experience. The ladies at the front are always pleasant and professional. Dr Balsamo is not your run of the mill numbers doctors. You will realize very quickly he is concerned about your health and well being. He will not tell you what you want to hear, he will tell what you need hear. You never feel rushed or pushed aside. I find that this doctor is familiar with my particular situation. He knows what your dealing with medically and gives you the tools and the information to address those issues. I trust him, I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

I have to take a moment to personally thank Dr Donato and his staff for giving me the best medical care. I first went to Dr Donato in March or April of 2019, I already new I would be Pre Diabetic, since I have been for years, it runs in my family and I was hoping I was going to always remain pre. My test came back and I did become Diabetic, I wanted nothing to do with medicine and really was not listening to his advise. Everything he said was absolutely the best medical advise, I am 49 years old been working my a** off working out and eating right a lot of the times and I was gaining weight nothing was working ( Dr told me that is why your body needs help to work properly) . I did start medication and everything he told me was correct. If you are looking for a DR who spends the time to get to know you, who will not just tell you what you want to hear, a Dr who is smart, then Dr Donato is your guy! Grateful that his staff put up with me lol.

Dr. Balsamo exemplifies what it means to feel like you are his only patient. He is easy to talk to and explains things so that you can understand. He provides comfort and focuses on true health and wellness. This is personalized medicine, not the average cookie-cutter. His office and staff are professional and compassionate. Dr. Balsamo often comes to greet each patient personally, which is amazing and welcoming. He is a wonderful physician.
