What to expect
at your first visit

You’ll meet one-on-one with Dr. Sheen to talk about what’s going on with your health and your health goals so you can work together to begin crafting a wellness program. Your program will address the things you can do to reach your goals and provide you with the information and guidance you need to achieve success.

When you visit, be sure to bring your medical information, personal identification, and insurance information.
